Hey gang it was good to see many of you on Tuesday at the track!!! I did not have to much time to chit chat with everyone but did speak to a few and based on what I heard, the club is doing really well this year and the atsmophere is even more eletric then the last time I went to a workout with you guys and girls.it was nice to see everyone cheering everyone on and even better see everyone wait till the last person finished to go on the cool down..... I hope everyone is doing!!!!! Again it was great to see you all again!!

On Thursday, May 10th, we are hosting a Pinebush run and Cookout. Run starts at our house to the Willow Street entrance of the PineBush trails and then whatever Pinebush trails you choose then back to our house for a cookout. Run starts at 6 and cookout starts at 7:30. Please email Lisa if you plan on coming.

If you don't like/want to run the Pinebush, you are still welcome to join us for the cookout (come over a bit early and help out!!)

Directions-from the house run to Grant Hill and then run back.

The house is located at 199 Pine Ridge Drive. Turn off Western Ave onto Willow Street, take Willow almost to the end, turn left at Pine View
and go one block to the intersection of Pine View and Pine Ridge.

Some of us are doing Corporate Challenge course as workout on Thursday. Meet 6p at cathedral- some of us may go a little earlier and run another loop of course.
