Pine Bush:  Madison Avenue Extension

A.ka.: Dory

From I-90 West:  Take exit 2 (Fuller Road/Washington Ave.).  Turn left onto Fuller Road and then quickly right onto Washington Ave. Extension (you want to be headed apr. Northwest).

From I-90 East: Take exit 2 (Washington Ave.).  Turn right onto Washington Ave.  

Take Washington Ave all the way to the end.  After you cross 155/157 it becomes Madison Ave. Extension.  The road ends at the Pine Bush and that is where we park and meet. 

Pine Bush:  SEFCU Parking Lot

From I-90:  Same as above until you hit 155/157.  Make a right onto 157 and drive until the first set of lights.  You can park right by the trail, or in the SEFCU parking lot. 

Pine Bush:  Rensselaer Lake Park

A.ka.: 6 Mile Water Works

From I-90 West: Take exit 2 (Fuller Road/Washington Avenue Extension).  The entrance to Rensselaer Lake Park is directly across from where the exit meets Fuller Road.  Make a right onto Fuller then immediately turn left into the Park.  You should see the Lake right from the parking lot. 

From I-90 East: Take exit 2, turn right onto Washington, then turn Right again onto Fuller (156).  You will go back under 90 then the Park will be on your left. 

Coach's House 154 Simmons Ave. 

From I-787: Take 787 North passed both 90 and 7, to Bridge Ave (3rd major intersection after 7).  Turn left onto Bridge and keep to the left until the street becomes Columbia.  Take Columbia all the way up the hill.  There will be a Stewarts on the left, then a school.  Simmons Ave. is at the second light after school.  Turn left.  154 is about 1/2 way down on the left.  

From I-87: Take exit 7 onto Highway 7 East.  From 7 exit onto 9 North and quickly turn right onto 9R.   Follow 9R for about a mile and a half it will become Columbia.  Keep going straight for about 1/2 a mile then turn left onto Simmons. 

Albany High School Track

From I-90:  Take exit 5 onto Everett Road then head South East to Central Avenue (5).  From Everett turn left onto Central Avenue.  Take Central Avenue to North Main Avenue (about 4 blocks).  Turn right onto North Main.  Go about 1/2 a mile and turn left onto Washington.  The Albany High School Parking lot will be on your left.  

SUNY Albany Track

From I-90 East: Take exit 2 (Fuller Road/Washington Ave).  Turn Left onto Fuller Road, then Left onto Washington. 

From I-90 West:  Take exit 2 (Washington Ave) and SUNY will be directly off this exit. 

The university will be to your right.  The Athletic buildings, including the track are near the back of the campus.  There is a visitor's parking lot at the South end of the campus near by the athletic buildings.
