Family and Friends. Life.
WHAT WOULD SURPRISE PEOPLE IF THEY KNEW ABOUT YOU

That I have been hit by a track baton, had an oak tree fall on my head, ran into my mailbox on my bike head first, hit by a parked car, almost drowned, was struck by lightning at least I think so, my first love was basketball.
WHY DO YOU RUN? To push myself to my limits and to show people that even if you have disabilities you can still accomplish your dreams

LEAST FAVORITE RUNNING MEMORY Falling down suicide hill.

YOUR RUNNING STORY/HISTORY I ran modified track in 7th and 8th grade, Did modified X-country in 7th and 8th grade. Ran varsity track and varsity x-country from 9th -12th grade. Ran in sectionals every year for x-country and track, Went to states twice in high school. Started training for my first marathon when I was in 10th grade, but was held back due to interference with sectionals for x-country. Was a pretty average runner at times, with little speed bursts here or there but it was not until after high school that I started to drastically improve. I qualified for Junior Olympic Nationals in 11th grade but did not go due to lack of money. Ran my first marathon in 3 hours 40 minutes in 2007 and in 2008 ran a 2 hour 59 minute marathon on the same course. I have always been underrated in my sports. Long story short, I have a lot more things I would like to accomplish.
