2 October -- VOORHEESVILLE 7.1 MILE RACE --
Nancy T. won this one even though she (and much of the team) was using the race as a marathon pace run. Judging
by the times there is going to be some fast marathons next week. Thanks to Jim T. and Russ H. for directing.

Thanks to Coach Jim Bowles for putting on an exciting race and congratulations to Jim and Kim on the
arrival of Team Utopia's newest member, Kathleen. As for the race, Team Utopia dominated the awards. There were many compelling battles
but none greater than the titanic 45 to 49 age group duel between Michael Maclean and Rob Sliwinski. Both ended up winning age group awards and dedicated them
to their friend UJ who recently underwent surgery.
